How to blend colour therapy and Vastu

Colour therapy or otherwise chromatics is one of the oldest forms of medical therapy which uses a blend of various colour schemes in order to achieve a perfect wavelength in enhancing mental, spiritual and physical well being. It helps in setting your mood, acts as symbolic signs and gives an illusion of spacious feeling to rooms.

By practicing the following steps, one can include colour wavelength in daily life:

    By using a particular shade of dress or jewellery.

    Using bedsheers of a particular colour tone or getting the walls of your living room painted I that shade.

    Placing plants with flowers having different colours.

Based on chromatics, there are two categories of colours:

Warm colours which include orange, yellow and red. It stimulates emotions and are known to drive a person towards restlessness and aggression.

Cool colours include purple, green and blue. It is known to make you feel relaxed if combined with light or natural looking colour shades.
